Marceline the Vampire Queen


Since when do you need a power drill for Ikea furniture? Isn’t the whole point of Ikea furniture that you can put it together without any hardcore tools? Anyway… what else…


I saw Elizabeth Banks at work! So that was pretty cool. She did a wonderful job reading to all the little kids, but it was hard to avoid making jokes about her picking two toddlers afterwards to participate in the Hunger Games.


And I did a painting too, when I wasn’t too busy putting together furniture and folding baby sweaters. It’s Marceline the Vampire Queen from the awesome show Adventure Time. I’ve done an AT painting before, but this one was a bit more time consuming, to say the least. But it was fun to work on something just for myself and to play with textures for a bit. I’ll have a better photo soon, it’s just that the painting is taking up only half of a large piece of watercolor paper at the moment. So as soon as I fill up the other half, I’ll be able to give you a better look.
